About
I have been coaching Senior Leaders for the last 12 years. During this time, I have supported leaders through global and regional crises and I have coached and advised executives taking on new leadership roles in start-up, turnaround, transformation and growth scenarios. Through my work with Senior Leaders, I have deep experience and knowledge of what is required to transition successfully and quickly to a new role so that leaders gain followership, establish key relationships, and make an impact, as well as what one needs to do to ensure that they maintain momentum and continue creating value in their role over time. I also have experience in the pitfalls and traps that leaders can fall into and more importantly how to get out of them.
My strategic and pragmatic approach enables me to support leaders, helping them see the big picture and work through their complex agendas while also tackling the day-to-day issues that need to be addressed in order for the business and its people to move forward positively.
I build deep, trusting relationships with my clients, who describe me as warm, open, energetic and focused with an ability to cut to the chase and quickly get to the crux of an issue.
I was a Head of HR in Standard Chartered Bank for 13 years working across a number of global and regional businesses, based in London and Hong Kong. This has given me inside knowledge of what it is like to be in a Senior Leadership position, so I truly understand what it is like for my clients navigating their senior leadership roles successfully.
I was born and raised in Dublin, Ireland and then moved to London to complete a Masters in Human Resource Management in the London School of Economics. In 2020 I joined the Board of Hackney Foodbank. I bring my wealth of experience with different cultures, diversity and Board life to the table with my clients as well as my 360-degree understanding of life as a Senior Leader.
